CAP HVAC Order Fulfillment Process Flow

Order Placement

Customer adds items to the cart and submits the order.

Sales Order Generation

A sales order is automatically created, including a provisional shipping cost (TBD) and defined payment terms, and shared with the customer.

Shipping Cost Finalization

CAP calculates the final shipping cost and updates the order accordingly.

Invoice Issuance

A final invoice, including shipping charges and available payment methods (Credit Card, ACH, Wire Transfer), is generated and sent to the customer.

Payment Receipt

Customer completes payment as per the provided invoice and agreed terms.

Order Fulfillment

The order is processed and fulfilled upon confirmation of payment.
